Application forms will be available from Wednesday 5th November 2025
Forms will be accepted in the following way:
By post to St. Ultans Primary School, Cherry Orchard Avenue, Dublin 10.
By email to office@stultans.ie
Handed in person at the school reception, Monday to Friday between 9am and 12noon, from Wednesday 5th November 2025 to Wednesday 26th November 2025.
All forms will be dated, recorded, and a receipt for the form will be given to the parent. Incomplete/late applications may not be considered for placement.
These forms must be returned to the school office by 3pm on Wednesday 26th November 2025.
