VISUAL SUPPORTS FOR CHILDREN

We all learn in different ways at different rates. Even though our learning styles vary, many of us learn visually. Seeing something allows a greater opportunity to engage in learning. We learn or remember because we have seen. Many children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn visually. However, regardless of diagnoses, all children can benefit from using visual supports and strategies to help maximise their learning.

This app makes it easy for the user to create picture books with voice and/or text. It links directly to the photos taken with the phone or tablet.

It’s very easy to use and the story books can be saved in the app or shared through email. It is also useful for developing literacy and communication skills.
